Documents

A Document is a file you upload to Enterprise h2oGPTe so the platform can parse and index its content for use in chats and agent workflows. The Documents section lists every Document available to you and is where you summarize, review, and manage them.

Documents and Collections​

Documents are organized into Collections. A Collection groups related Documents together and provides the context that chats and agents draw on when answering questions. Before you can work with a Document or generate a summary of it, you must add it to a Collection first. To learn how, see Add a Document to a Collection.

Deleting a Document removes it from the Collection it belongs to and permanently removes it from the platform.

Use Document AI to summarize, extract, and process a Document, with control over the LLM, vision settings, prompts, PII detection, and more.
View a Document summary
Open an existing summary for a Document and review the summary parameters used to generate it.
Delete a Document summary
Permanently remove a summary from a Document while keeping the Document itself in its Collection.
Delete a Document
Remove one or more Documents from the grid or list view. This removes the Document from its Collection and permanently deletes it from the platform.
