Workspaces
Workspaces are H2O AI Cloud constructs that Enterprise h2oGPTe integrates with to organize collections, chat sessions, and usage. This section explains what workspaces are, how Enterprise h2oGPTe uses them, and how to assign collections and chats to the right workspace.
What are workspaces?​
A workspace is an H2O AI Cloud construct that groups related work and the people who collaborate on it. When you sign in to Enterprise h2oGPTe, it retrieves the workspaces you have access to from H2O AI Cloud and assigns your personal workspace as the default.
Enterprise h2oGPTe associates each collection and chat session with exactly one workspace, and it tags every telemetry event with the workspace identifier. This lets you:
- Organize work by team or project. Keep collections and chats grouped under the workspace they belong to.
- Attribute usage and cost. Tagged telemetry events let you analyze document processing, chat actions, and collection actions per workspace.
- Reassign resources as needs change. Move a collection or chat session to a different workspace when ownership or scope changes.
