This page lists out the main use case for H2O Drive.

End-users

  • Connect and import data securely on to H2O AI Cloud once using a user interface, and then use it throughout the platform to build models and explore apps.
  • Be able to access your settings, experiments, and work with an app after it has been updated.
  • Have a seamless platform experience by having access to data created in one app, in other apps (for example, AutoDocs built by Driverless AI being available in the AutoDoc app automatically).

App developers

  • Easily ensure your users always have access to their data, even if they are in an app instance that is run by someone else or you have updated the app to a new version.
  • Have an easy way to backup large amounts of data.
