Startup configuration

If needed, exported configuration obtained from Import/Export can be loaded during startup. For example, during an automated installation/setup process.

To do so, save the configuration YAML file as /opt/h2oai/steam/conf/steam-config.yaml and start Enterprise Steam. The file will be loaded only once as long as it remains unchanged.
