Added the ability to copy app.toml
code directly from the Admin Secrets UI. The admin can now copy the secrets from the list view of the Admin App Secrets page using the copy button found in the new App.toml Code column. The copied secret is already formatted in a way that allows admin to paste it directly onto the app.toml
file.
