Jobs
View a Job​
Overview​
A Job in Enterprise h2oGPTe signifies a single/batch of crawling or indexing tasks. In particular, the following tasks are referred to as a Job:
- Ingest a Document from the file system
- Ingest (add) a Document from upload
- Ingest (crawl) a website
- Index Document(s)
- Update a Collection's statistics
- Delete a Collection(s)
- Delete a Document(s)
- Delete a Document(s) from a Collection
- Import a stored Document to a Collection
- Summarize a Document
After starting a Job in Enterprise h2oGPTe, you can access its status, including the percentage of completion.
Instructions​
You can view a Job either where it was created, such as where a website was added to be crawled, or on the Jobs page. To view a Job on the Jobs page, follow this step:
- In the Enterprise h2oGPTe navigation menu, click Jobs.
Terminate a Job​
Overview​
Upon initiating a Job in Enterprise h2oGPTe, you can choose to terminate it before it reaches 100% completion.
Instructions​
To end a Job immediately after initiating it, you may consider one of the following two options:
Option 1: Delete a Job where it was created​
- Click Terminate.
- In the Are you sure? card, click Terminate.
Option 2: Delete a Job in the Jobs page​
- In the Enterprise h2oGPTe navigation menu, click Jobs.
- Locate the card containing the Job you want to delete.
- Click Terminate.
- In the Are you sure? card, click Terminate.
