What is H2O AI Managed Cloud Admin Center?

The H2O AI Managed Cloud Admin Center (Admin Center), commonly known as H2O Admin Center is an application that controls the configuration and users in your H2O AI Cloud, which is on a fully managed environment. The core purpose of this application is that the customer will have control over the environment that the app is running on.

Note
  • Access to H2O Admin Center is limited to a specific group of users using waved OIDC underwrite.

  • Users who don't have administrator privileges can only access the AI unit consumption page. They will be directed to the AI unit consumption page when logged in. The other pages in the sidebar are disabled, and the app will show a tooltip message when they try to access those pages.

The main features of H2O AI Managed Cloud Admin Center application are:

Admin management:

  • Firewall management:

    • Control specific IP addresses that can access your dedicated environment on HAMC (inbound).
    • Control the listed ports that are going to be enabled for outbound traffic from your HAMC.
  • User management:

    • Control the user group that can access the H2O AI Managed Cloud environment.
    • Control the admin group that can control and access the H2O AI Managed Cloud environment.
  • AI unit alerting:

    • Send an email notification to the selected users if the percentage of the usage of AI units exceeds the threshold that you set.
  • Environmental information:

    • The H2O AI Managed Cloud release version
    • Public IP addresses for your H2O AI Managed Cloud environment.

Insights:

  • AI unit consumption:

    • Provide meaningful stats and information about the AI units that are used in your H2O AI Managed Cloud (HAMC) environment.
    • Users without administrator privileges can only access the AI Unit Consumption page.
  • AI unit hourly:

    • provides detailed information on the daily cumulative hourly peak usage of AI units that are utilized in your H2O AI Managed Cloud (HAMC) environment.
  • AIEM events:

    • Contains useful insights from AI Engine Manager (AIEM) in the H2O AI Managed Cloud (HAMC) environment.
    • The AIEM insights are the date, time, username of the user who created the AI Engine, type of AI Engine, event(s) that occurred in the AI Engine, AI Engine version, and AI Engine name.
    • Users can retrieve data related to compute resources (CPU, Memory, GPU, and Storage count) for each event that occurred in AI Engine by checking the Show/hide compute resources box.
    • The dates and times are displayed in the time zones specific to each individual user.
  • App events:

    • Contains details of the application events and instance events performed by users in the H2O AI Managed Cloud (HAMC) environment.
    • The details of application events are the date, time, and username of the user who performed the event, application name, and event type.
    • The details of instance events are the date, time, and username of the user who performed the event, app instance, and event type.
    • The dates and times of user logins are displayed in the time zones specific to each individual user.
  • User login events:

    • Contains details of the users logged into the H2O AI Managed Cloud (HAMC) environment.
    • The key details are total login count, unique user count, most logged-in user, unique user domains, most logged-in user domain, date, time, and username of all the users logged in to the system.
    • The dates and times of user logins are displayed in the time zones specific to each individual user.
