Make a Collection public

Overview​

By default, Collections on Enterprise h2oGPTe are configured as private. You have the option to set a Collection as public, granting other users access to it and enabling them to initiate new Chats.

  • Once a Collection is made public, any authenticated user of the system or API can view and interact with the Collection.

Instructions​

To make a Collection public, consider the following instructions:

  1. In the Enterprise h2oGPTe navigation menu, click Collections.
  2. In one of the following tabs, click the Collection that you want to share:
    • All collections
    • My collections
    • Shared
  3. Click Settings.
  4. In the Settings list, select Make Public. Make public
  5. Click Make Public again to confirm the action.
